Consistently different jobs which was always exciting
|
Most jobs that I have worked we’re very exciting and since they were always different it made it a lot of fun to see what kind of day it was going to be. Overall there were great staff to work for at each location. The staff at shiftgig is not so easy to work for. But in general it is a great supplemental income.

It was ok
|
The pay was not great and you have to fight hard to get more money. The company need more improvements in pay and supervisors, because at some shifts there was no one to report to for ShiftGig.
Also they lock you into a contract that says up to 2yrs after you leave the company you can't work with anyone they have sent you to do shifts for. So read the dotted line and ask lots of questions before signing up.

then at the time i worked at shiftgig, they had a lot of opportunities and i remember also at the time sylvana was my manager and made sure i had work b/c she knew how hard i worked at the hospital and when they turned me down after 2 weeks of working there, she was able to reach back out to me for more work opportunities. management could be a bit better though with the others in the office, but as far as shiftgig, its a great way to get started in the hospitality business

Great job!

I love this company. I can work my own schedule and choose which jobs/pay works best for me. The only downfall, however, is that Shiftgig does not offer human/in person contact. For example, if I encountered an issue that would stop me from going to work my only option is to submit a forum online and wait versus other companies that have live representatives.
