Overtime required
|
The schedule moves the day along quickly starting early in the morning and being done at 2:30. But waking up super early is rough and required overtime means weeks on end of having little energy for much else and no time anyway since in order to get enough sleep you have to go to bed at like 9 pm. But they have benefits and paid time off and a 401k after 6 months of employment and if you are looking to work at least 40 hours a week it's a good place to work. But once again... sometimes working 50 hours a week is too much.

Very strict on attendance to a point that if there is misscomunication about anything they will drop you without asking you what happened is my only problem with them.
