I have worked for Shmoop for almost two years and have seen a LOT of change for the better. I would say the change is so drastic that it feels like I work for an entirely different company. We have a new visionary leadership team driving the company forward, and quickly. We have a lot of new talented team members who are excited about our product and the growth of our company.
Things that I LOVE about working for Shmoop:

Shmoop has been around for a dozen years—but with a new CEO, new HQ, and a new direction on the backend (while maintaining the core mission), it's a lot more akin to working at a startup.
This is one of the smartest, most committed groups I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I'm new, but anticipate staying indefinitely.

Some of the benefits (health, transit, etc.) are barebones but I believe they'll improve as we grow.
