Some of the reviews were not so hot. I decided to go on the interview and was totally surprised as to how thing were. Got a great positive vibe from everyone I spoke with and everyone had great things to say about management. I took the job and have been with Shoplet for almost 2 years now. The work is challenging and rewarding. I get the opportunity to take lead role on a great deal of tasks that I work on. I saw that they responded to all of the reviews and acknowledged that that some changes could be made. It was nice to see honesty. No one is perfect. I decided to give Shoplet a chance and things are definitely positive and the company is doing a good job to value its employees. Can they do better - of course. Everyone can. I have been with the company for over a year now and I am happy I joined. I have learned a lot.
