Some of the best co workers I ever worked for in my career ever. From the receptionist to floor management. Great coffee, ability to see some really nice paychecks. Location was extra nice, and the product is awesome. No reason why this couldnt be a multi million dollar company. The product is so phenomenal and the way its presented is spot on. Owner is very knowledgeable about her product, and will close the deal if you set her up right

Everyday you were unaware of what you were up against. The owners is either super nice, or super pissed at something. Lost some of the best employees I ever worked with, seen them just one by one drop like flies. Pay dropped, no benefits at all. On days when our really small sells crew are doing great, her boyfriend (office management) comes out to criticize you as if your the problem. When really all he does is sits in his office and gossips worse than Wendy Williams for all to hear. This place has soooooo much potential, if only the upper management would learn that without great employees, doesnt matter how awesome the product. Without a rocking crew, youve really got nothing but a turn and burn business, timeshare. The best way to describe working here is too watch "Amy's baking company" on youtube with chef Ramsey. Kinda nailed it
