The teams really care about the end user. Communication is moving in the right direction, with the company being more aligned than ever.
Things are finally looking up and I do hope things keep going that way for them.

Major layoffs in the last years due to senior management's inability to choose a direction.
Feedback isn't given in a constructive manner.
Unrealistic goal setting is not helping morale.

- Mostly great people. - No micromanagement. - High level of autonomy. - WLB (not so much the case right now though).

- Likely going out of business sometime next year. - Won't give specifics for obvious reasons but safe to say the financial situation is very dire and transparency is very low as the company is in damage control. - Situation could have been easily avoided if not for leadership making irresponsible decisions. - Mass layoffs, laid off almost 1/2 of staff in the last year. - Key remaining staff leaving likely due to no pay adjustment this year despite increasing inflation and cost of living as well as bleak future,
