-Influx of complaints were due to not receiving order, which was due to never having product available.
-Coworkers were sometimes hard to work with and never had that "team spirit" to help when was needed.

Majority of the employees were great people and I was sad to leave. Not including the board, every one else is very helpful, welcoming, and feels like a team/family

Where to start..
Board members: irresponsible and couldn't careless about anyone that's not on the board
False promises
work load that limits a work/life balance
No room for growth
HIGH I mean SUPER HIGH laid off/turnover rate
No loyalty
CEO is untrustworthy. Will tell you one thing and the next day it'll be the complete opposite.
I loved my time there because of the team and coworkers, everything else makes you want to move on immediately

It was a good run while it lasted
|
|
The people I met along the way went from being coworkers to friends. Had beverage supply for coworkers and the occasional lunch/dinner.
|
Morale went to a complete downhill. Work was an overload when supplies were out of stock. No stock equaled angry customer. Made work that much more difficult.

Where do I start....
Pay scale is unrealistic, sales reps make ridiculous money doing nothing but creating problems for customer service and social media teams.
the executives fired more than 65% of the team including original staff and great talent because they couldn't afford the salaries.
But the athletes like Mr Swoll benefit by doing the bare minimum since the company has real staff now.
They found a way to hurt employees with tax season in which they retained more money making it almost impossible for us to receive any money back from a standard salary on a W-2 and taxed us high in our checks bi weekly for "benefits".

Stop lying to employees about the dream and reveal the company issues so everyone can make a decision. Messing with peoples lively hoods and making a living isn't a game especially when your CTO took 4 raises in 2015 instead of paying his team increases for their coding.
Recognize people have lives and can't work your slave hours 24/7.
