Majority of the employees were great people and I was sad to leave. Not including the board, every one else is very helpful, welcoming, and feels like a team/family Where to start.. Board members: irresponsible and couldn't careless about anyone that's not on the board False promises work load that limits a work/life balance No room for growth HIGH I mean SUPER HIGH laid off/turnover rate No loyalty CEO is untrustworthy. Will tell you one thing and the next day it'll be the complete opposite. Had beverage supply for coworkers and the occasional lunch/dinner. Morale went to a complete downhill. Work was an overload when supplies were out of stock. No stock equaled angry customer. Pay scale is unrealistic, sales reps make ridiculous money doing nothing but creating problems for customer service and social media teams. the executives fired more than 65% of the team including original staff and great talent because they couldn't afford the salaries. But the athletes like Mr Swoll benefit by doing the bare minimum since the company has real staff now.
