Good company to work for, the employees are awesome but the company as a whole since it is a small business started to work with investors and eventually started to lay people off. The company was a great learning experience offered decent pay. It was equal opportunity for everyone and I believe had they managed money or finances better they could have gone further. Overall management was always on time and on point with meetings and always stuck to their word for better opportunities to their company. It was always about TEAM WORK

A few things I've learned early in my career at the company, is to get everything in writing, stay very focused on what is being said to you, and don't take a confident conversation for granted.
More importantly, DO NOT buy into the promises of the higher ups for the exchange of excess work and more than what you have bargained for.
There is always a catch to what you are getting involved in that requires more of you than the outcome of the project.
