It was a great job, until I was "set up" and fired for no reason. bullied by HR and shyp lawyers. Warehouse mgr was aweful and no one liked her. I got promoted because everyone else liked me.

Great if you are looking for a part-time job.
|
Unwillingness to hire more people to sustain a good team environment. If you are a part time packer you will be able to pick and choose your shifts. Full time employee will be expected to do the same workload on days when others are not scheduled. Some workers do not want to communicate with managers about procedures and standards. This causes confusion between otherworkers on how to effectively execute their job. No team environment between warehouse and couriers. Big disconnect on personal accountability.
