The pay is adequate as a side job but is not enough to live on. I always have good communication at work because I tend to ask repeatedly so I can remember correctly or had to make sure that I understood what they would want me to do. Res. Life ensures that all RAs' are from different walks of life. Allows for the students to feel comfortable. I loved the management team. I loved the students. I loved my co-RAs. It can be a little intense and it's college so drama does ensue. Though my time as an RA allowed for me to see the greatest change from college student to well-rounded citizen. If you get the chance then apply and hope for the best. Room & Board, Incredible skill dev. cool people. It is a relaxed place to work and there is not much room for career development. Although if you are looking to ski while working, this is your job.
