Overall, my time at Signal Theory was one I'll cherish forever. Colleagues genuinely care for one another and that is felt from the c-suite down to the peer level. There is definitely opportunity to move up through the organization, but it's definitely on each individual to build their path.

At times, that "focus on continuous improvement" (the drive to refine process) is at odds with the ability to get comfortable with said process. Career growth opportunities & transparency, while definitely improved over the years, still has room for improvement.
