Some of the best people I know work at Simplifile. They've got a great trajectory and they always have a plan for growth in the future. Honestly, it was one of the best places I've ever worked. Simplifile was bought out by ICE (2019) and there have been a few changes since then that feel a bit like "big corporate" is imposing red tape. Because it's a smaller company, you won't have a lot of upward mobility title-wise. Beyond the drinks, bbqs and frisbee golf, people genuinely care about other people. Much of the leadership team was brought in from "industry leaders" and work remote. As such they don't know the company or the culture and that creates some problems.
