Culture wise, SIS Software is quite laidback and relaxed. There is a strong motivation to be the best Microsoft D365 software implementation company and there are driving forces backing up the ambition. Leadership is transparent and takes feedback seriously.
|
Benefits are a little high in compared to previous companies I have worked, but keep in mind this is a smaller company with less then 150 employees.
Only celebrates 7-8 holidays per year and doesn't offer a personal floating holiday.

SIS offers a solid solution addition to AX project module, the solution not just can improve client's experience with AX, also to a consultant, it helped us to do our job better. For some of my previous clients' paint points, they would be solved by SIS's solution.
The year of 2020 isn't easy. SIS did a great job to support the employees during this year. We went through a tough year together, we grew together.
