Friday beers and games. Kitchen furnished with food. Lunch time runs/indoor football, open office, casual settings. There are some really exceptional people there, personality and talent-wise. You are able to socialise well with teams while getting work done. I still miss this company. The company continues to grow and they have almost every department you can think of with new roles always becoming available.

A few personality clashes with hints of nepotism. But if you are good at handling yourself and have no problems with honest, upfront conversations without conflict, then you'd be fine.

Look internally to grow people into success stories and share them more often. People who felt overlooked made it very clear and undervalued. It was the thing I heard the most from people within their own departments. It never affected my job personally but people always told me their problems and always tried to help them when I observed things.
