salary on time, company is good for experience people only, onsite chances are there if you work for more then 5-6 yrs and good in their application.

worst company I ever experienced, I worked for pune location for more then 2yrs.Worst politics, people's are not helpfull, management is poor. full school kind of environment. manager will give you internal task and on next day he will ask you status and behave like your teacher. its not good company for freshers and innocent, loyal employees, because if you don't k ow how to play politis you can't service. Higher manager really need to look into this. If you are not very smart and talented then it's impossible to servive. You must be good in communication, technology, politics then only yours manager will keep you in their project else you will get added in support project. They higher fresher as developer and if they found employee is not very smart instead of working on that employees or trusting on employees they add in support project. Management needs to understand that no one is perfect, focus on whatever employee they have, give them Apportunity.

please look into company politics work on employees instead of hurting, insulting. if you higher employee as developer then don't ask them to work for support project. If you think any employee is not smart enough then you are wrong, You need to work on your management team so that they can make capable employees
