- High salary
- Really professional coworkers, start team
- Participation in interesting events
- Doing one-of-a-kind things
- Collaboration with all IT ecosystem members on high level: startups, VCs, vendors, etc.

- Government funded, dependency on federal budget
- A lot of stuff you can not do, because it can be considered as a "unauthorized purposes spendings" by supervisory authorities. Sometimes it can be absolutely stupid: we organize a startup event and have to pay for entrance ticket to come there to do our work.
- Growing frugality because of lack of budget, which can be a problem to do the job well
- Some times ideas of management sound confusing, like KPIs to increase startup revenue without any legal ability to control them, etc.
- Terrible organization of transportation to Skolkovo Innovation Center (management canceled shuttle buses, have to commute with use of inconvenient public transport)
- Management asks for initiatives, but repress them when you try
