Very flexible about letting you work how you want to but door is always open if support or help is needed
Lots of events that bring folks together to really strengthen the company culture and let everyone know that they are important to the company's success. You can really tell that upper management care for and respects each individual employee.

It’s obvious that management cares about employees. They value radical candor and really take our input into consideration. They also highly encourage and support personal career growth, even across different departments.
The people here are passionate about their work and are talented and driven. There is a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Everyone is willing to lend a hand whenever needed to achieve the company’s goals.
SkySlope has also handled the transition to work from home incredibly well. From a flexible work from home policy to Zoom virtual events to employee care packages, the company culture is still very much intact.

In my time at SkySlope I have had the opportunity to grow and develop my skills within the company. Many people move between departments to see where their skills are strongest, and there is a good amount of inner-department promotions as well. This has been consistent even with new working from home standards and policies. When we were working in office together, there was an amazing collaborative energy and buzz about the office.

Working in such a fast paced industry you can find yourself getting pulled in a lot of directions at once, but coming from the service industry I come to expect this to some extent. Not often, but sometimes it can feel like the client experience is disproportionately valued to the employee experience.
