Supportive managers, very friendly work environment, nice coworkers, and there is room for advancement. I really enjoyed working their for the brief time that I did. Location was in a declining part of the city, but they upgraded to a nicer office near the airport. As a full time employee the benefits (health insurance) for a family are not good at all. Great co-workers, a fun atmosphere, and being part of a growing company that doesn't make you feel like you're "just another cog" are a few reasons why I love being part of the SkyWire family. I don't understand what people are talking about when they are describing poor leadership. Everyone's experiences are different, but the negative remarks are, most likely, reflective of poor work ethics. If you don't agree with the leadership, be a leader. It's a start-up, so we all have to wear multiple hats for the company to succeed.
