Smart Destinations is a great company to work for, you can set your own goals for group sales and the resources for asking for help are in excess where everyone is super helpful. Over the years, it has been a family growing with the industry and having more and more accomplishments and success for the business. Great news is shared with the company on a day to day basis.

It is difficult to get a pay increase, even though there are meetings every month with management, and to want to change to further development and train in sales is not possible since they do not have that option.

Really great culture, I learned a lot in a short period of time. Working with different departments was great as well- great communication and vibe. Great company to get your foot in the door with.

Sometimes repetitive admin work- didn't want to undergo career path there. Wasn't there long enough to see any real cons.
