horrible company, horrible management especially the vp of operations, cs manager and ceo. csr's can barely read and write

bad employees weren't disciplined. reps hung up the phone on customers. emails from csr's were riddled with spelling and grammar errors. ceo and vp of operations don't reply to emails. vp of operations was the biggest inept joke i encountered. bad employees in marketing, finance, computer, hr, and especially customer service departments.

Company was great before it was sold 2xs in a year. However the ever changing upper management has allowed for many changes that weren't always good choices and made turnover rates in crease to a point you didn't know who you should talk to for the issues you had.

My day involves answering customer service inquiries that come in the form of emails and live chat offline messages from after hours. Responding to live chat messages that come from customers being on our website and answering their questions. I also take 50 to 60 phone calls that come into our system with general inquiry reasons about the product that our company sells and troubleshooting how the product works.
