Love working at CTP- I've worked here for over 15 years. Family atmosphere, your not just a number here etc. Stability in employment (they never had any layoffs during Covid) and they still continue motivating employees every day!

Not the place for professional growth.
Most of the management and CEO can hardly speak english. This company is great to get a two week paycheck only.
Management and HR are very unprofessional.
Stress, gossip, very high work loads, employees are disposable and if you demand more they will tell you that the door is open to leave.
The salaries are not competitive and are below the industry's standards. Management positions are already family members and thus there are very few opportunities for career advancement.
Many good workers are stuck in a miserable position.
Management does not trust employees and are constantly surveying them. Micro Management at all positions.

I've been working here for over 10 years, and I know many other employees who have to. The company provides a great work/life balance, and it is an open door policy with the CEO. There are no barriers to growth except the ones you place on yourself. It is a family environment, so you are not just a number here and the company grows every year due to the awesome work environment. They have continuous improvement programs, wellness fairs, weekly gym classes, and they pay FULL health insurance. Meaning, NOTHING comes out of your pocket. Also, any sick/health days that are not used during the year roll over. You never lose them. Very honored to be working for them!

I am honored to be working for a company such as CTP. There are no barriers to growth except the ones you place on yourself. There are continuous improvement programs, wellness fairs, end of the year parties, and FULL health insurance. When I mean FULL, the employee doesn't have to pay ANYTHING out of pocket. Where I have worked before, this was never offered so I am extremely happy with this option. Also, vacation/sick days are rolled over to the next year if you don't use them. The company insists you do use them! It's a perfect work/life balance.

My experience working there was fine, I can't tell it's a bad company but not a good one either.

Excelent health insurance and dental. Company pays all. Spanish friendly for those who don't speak English. If you plan to keep a medium job, without growing in the company, with the security that the company will no close this is one job for you.
