Still in the Start-up environment

As a start-up, many of the times employees get the advantage of decision making & direct learning which a fresher or entry-level employee may not get in the settled organization.
Although, the organization is in the hard need Org. Development intervention. There is no work-life balance, no reward or recognition for non-sales or support departments.
It seems like the policies are not applicable to Senior level employees. There is a huge gap in leadership. Lack of employee engagement and motivation makes org. hard to maintain the talent.
