Must constantly hide from the callers that you are a third party. You will have to lie (or what the company likes to say- redirect) For example caller get the vibe that you are an answering service and asks you directly, you are instructed to say "I am a receptionist for the office" While technically true, it's deceptive because you know what the caller is asking. If you are good at being deceptive and it doesn't hurt your integrity or conscious, then work here for $15/hr

I've already tried to explain my side of why the new policies being put in place this year show a lack of understanding from management in regards to the demographics of the employees working for them. The VP of Sales contacted me to disagree with my observations on the matter, then proceeded to prove my point by not following up with scheduling a meeting with me. I came to the company excited to work with a company that cared, only to be disappointed by the higher ups come this new year. The flexibility that was once here is gone.

Smith.Ai is a very forgiving atmosphere for folks with mental health issues - attendance is very loose with their point system and the management staff is very understanding.

They're still figuring out how the team leads should work so they've not quite figured out the workload or range of pay. They were paid not much differently than regular receptionists and would continually get their work load increased.
