The interview process was not difficult at all. It is helpful to have experience in the field. | 0.0 | 0.0 | 3.0 | 3.0 | 2.0 | 3.0 | 3.0 | 3.0 | Jan 31st, 2021 05:33AM | Mar 20th, 2021 01:14PM | Snail Games

If you have any problems at work, keep it to yourself. Pay is decent but the hours are ridiculous. They do not follow labor laws so it is really stressful working here. | 1.0 | 0.0 | 1.0 | 1.0 | 2.0 | 1.0 | 1.0 | 1.0 | Jan 31st, 2021 05:33AM | Mar 19th, 2021 08:51PM | Snail Games

It was everything I wanted, and I had a terrific boss. I was enabled. The biggest problem is that upper management is not consistent in their demands and their business decisions change on a seemingly daily basis. Had we been allowed to finish our project (instead of getting laid off), we would have finished on time, under budget, and turning a profit. Instead, we were lumped in with projects that were over budget, past schedule, and profitability was only speculative. Not a lot of business sense there. | remote, autonomy | 0.0 | 0.0 | 4.0 | 5.0 | 3.0 | 1.0 | 5.0 | 3.0 | Jan 31st, 2021 05:33AM | Mar 20th, 2021 04:16PM | Snail Games |
