Work is consistent and steady. We do have to micromanage. Pay is a average. The benefits are good. We are smaller so as a supervisor in order to grow I would have to change departments since there is only one manager.

Great place to work, if you enjoy being degraded
|
No matter how hard you work, how much you accomplish, or how much overall responsibility you take on for this branch, it will never be enough. Although there is a weird gray area that you feel you are "the favorite", every day you feel as if you're walking on eggshells infront of management. It seemed to be very pick-and-choose, the days that my manager decided to disrespect or belittle me. But don't worry, even if you contact HR, they will give you the runaround. I waited a week before someone got back with me of issues I was having with my manager. By the time someone did, I was already out the door.

I am in a work from home position and they have clear metrics to track work productivity. The metrics are easy to hit and so long as you're doing your job, you have 0 micromanaging. At least in my position. My manager is also very good at going to bat for those of us on his team every time.

Snap one, if you are not the MANAGER favorite you do not get promoted. They over work there employees for a little pay they promote the wrong people not caring how the other employees feel. They don’t take your words inconsideration if you are going through a rough patch they will start judging you so much favoritism in this company it’s crazy . This is at the San Bernardino Location

While I was working for Control4, they were bought out by a different company and even though they promised employee's that they're jobs we safe they let about 75% of them go after the merger. I would not recommend them as a employer

Excessively long work days. No appreciation. Lazy employees. Sneaky, lazy untrained supervisors. Very sneaky,two-faced company. Job duties are easy and you get a few breaks. Company sucks though.

Stable and fun Job but no balance

Great company just no set schedule, shifts changed to much. Great managers though and learned alot working there. Room for growth. People new to warehouses have a chance to learn the basics and skills to get into better opportunities in other warehouses.

The job wasn't bad, the management isn't the best
|
From personal experience, the management team has their favorites. It was very frustrating watching them make sure certain ones had all the tools they needed to move up within the company while others where left with figuring it out and always having one on one meetings when the "favorites" would do their jobs sometimes worse than the ones they're always having a one on one with. I can honestly say the manager can be approachable sometimes but her faces make her very unapproachable. And the supervisors/team leads that are under her aren't the best trained. They either leave you to figure it out on your own when you've exhausted every option you can think of, or disregard your question and just tell you they don't know.

Amazing company to work for. Some of management is sneaky with the way they handle things. They ask for you to be upfront and honest about what’s going on but they go out of their way to remove you when they feel threatened by your strengths.
