Everyone was walking on eggshells because they were scared, and they would never know when the "grim reaper" would tap them on their shoulders and fire them. When I first started there, I figured the remarks of turnover and favorites were just Mande by disgruntled employees, but everything was accurate. Managers played favorites and were not treating everyone fairly. The company has great work culture and they highly value sharing of innovative and creative ideas. I really enjoy most of the tasks – they are diverse, fun and really interesting. Competitive salary and benefits are a huge plus! The ultimate reason you should run from this company is the management! The CEO is controlling, unstable and treats employees poorly. They expect a lot from the team, but do very little to set them up for success.
