Typical day consists of answering questions via phone and email and handling things like lost packages or defective products. I learned how to be nice and courteous to customers at all times and also how to be firm but respectful when you have bad news for them. Management in CSR is good although we did undergo some changes during my time there. CSR has a high turnover rate as they hire college students who go home for summers or other things. The hardest part is dealing with irate customers and being able to turn the page after one of those calls (some people just need to blow off some steam).
