- As with any consulting practice, billable hours are key and the grind never stops to achieve them.

- Struggling with a Sales Process and projects are slow to move through the pipeline. Sales needs to be hand held more than they should be.

CEO truly cares. JG is a great person and continues to inspire and motivate; Socius is well intentioned.
|
Rest of management team is disconnected with the reality of consultancy and has grown content with high turnover and deaf to employee dissatisfaction, just so long as they get their way and another wave of under compensated and eager to learn new hires can be convinced that the opportunities for growth are limitless. Limited value generation, products are aging poorly and the growth potential and opportunities once available are no longer realistic career openers for a new consultant.

Really great place for an intern to find work. Everyone is super welcoming and willing to help you in whatever way you need. Not only that, but they don't throw you into things you don't know anything about. They know you're new to the job world and want to give you the most positive experience possible! I've had experience with multiple teams as well as had meetings with my mentor and others in order to learn about the types of consulting I'm interested in and Socius in general. I have had nothing but a positive learning experience through Socius, and the amazing people are just a plus! We've even taken many office lunches together and we have a planned braves game in August. My time has been so great as an intern, I'm sure it's even better as a full-time employee!
