Wish we sold technology on a Saas basis instead of just ads, which can be a fickle market. In 2014 there were too many overpaid sellers underperforming and the company is much smaller now from a personnel perspective

Good people who did the right thing when they restructured, even though a bunch of us had to go. Our media business was bloated and unprofitable and they fixed a bunch of problems. There are lots of sour grapes stories because people were making good money and were let go in a few waves, but I'd work for them again in a heartbeat.

CEO is 5 years too late in beginning to show he cares more about the company's image more than his own...layoffs come about every 8 months and although it's hard to believe, if you play as much pong as possible and abuse the no-vacation policy enough, you'll be safe to stay (THIS IS PROVEN)
