Instead speak up with the engineers to know what they have to tell. Try to bring in talented architects and senior-level managers and let them do their job honestly. The management has to understand that they lack ethics and if possible try to learn from successful companies.

1) The work life balance is not a problem at all! You are never going to have a life while you work here...so its going to be all work and no life. So the company won't stress you in trying to find a balance
2) Dynamic work environment - people whom you see today, you wont see tomorrow. People are fired faster than the speed at which you blink your eyes
3) Excellent pay scale - The pay is so high that you will have no option but to stay here because you are much higher on the pay scale and no one else is going to hire you
4) Stress free environment - They don't allow you to be creative or do anything new. Management would do all the thinking for you. All you have to do is take the blame when all goes wrong - what's difficult in that!
5) Active work - The requirements for development changes at such a fast pace...you will always stay active to keep up with the daily scope changes. Best part about this is..the timeline never changes! So you don't have to worry about missing a release!
6)New dynamic leaders - the leaders keep changing their roles and designations everyday. So you get to work with every leader no matter what position you hold. And you get to teach your leaders the new work stream as they would have NO experience in the position that they are holding.
7) If you do want to go into politics - look no where, this is the best school to learn politics from! You get to learn it all here - backstabbing, lying, cheating etc as you strive to survive in the work environment
8) If you are a pure soul - you will take this stressful time to decide what other career option suites you

-Easy to survive in the company, no technical in-depth knowledge, Engineering, QA, Products teams all needs to improve.
-Salary package is better as compared to same size companies.
-Support team was the only skilled and dedicated team there.

-- No Vision, Loose hiring Process at the end unskilled people are sitting there
--More focus in Cricket etc., No process at all, Loose HR policies.
-- Since the hiring process is very bad it results into firing people too quick
--No work ethics
--Senior Management really needs to improve, there is serious lack of skill set in senior management.
--Some of the people are just surviving because of there talking abilities. Its not a technology company at all.
--Few of the engineering resources were good, however lack of leadership is not helping them at all.

Co-workers are nice. They are "stuck". So they treat you nicely.

Poor job stability. Too many changes and transitions. Company needs to replace the senior management with a focussed team. Senior management is useless and dances to the tunes of CEO who changes direction every month creating too much stress for the employees. Lot of wastage in terms of time and money due to lack of focus. Needs to adopt to startup culture.
