Upper management has great communication, paid gym membership, family like atmosphere. I grew a lot in my career while at SonoSim. They really do care about their employees.

Great team environment that is focused and dedicated on creating a well-balanced suite of products to improve medical ultrasound education! Management is open to communication and there is room for growth within departments. Although CEO has a busy schedule, he always finds time to work with the team in all ways. The work never stops but everyone working here is passionate and truly believes in the product and that's what makes working here better and better each day.
As the company/team is still growing, many times employees are wearing different hats for differing departments to fill in the gaps between workload. Everyone is extremely hardworking as each department plays a crucial role in making the whole company succeed.

Office space is cozy and there is a queue for new employees for parking assignments. As it is a smaller company, company culture is important and everyone supports each other.

Truly incredible product line. CEO/Management is supportive - open line of communication. If you're struggling in an area, the CEO himself will take some time out of his schedule to work with you and help in any way possible - whether it's late at night or on the weekend. Great flexibility with vacation and time off. Love being able to work from home and make my own schedule. The sales team is a fun and fantastic group of people! Extremely hardworking, supportive and will have your back.

The work/life balance can be difficult if you have young kids, but other than that you're able to manage your time pretty well!

Great products. Nice people to work with in all areas . CEO has good intentions just misguided.

CEO and Founder is trying to be VP of Sales, ER doctor and faculty position. He has no business background. His vision for the company is clouded because he is the founder. Trying to wear to many hats. Unrealistic workload on all his employees. No work life balance. Has company calls on the weekends and after hours. No insurance for spouses. Young sales force, unrealistic training schedule for new hires. Poor morale in the office.
