Operations: Slowing losing it’s way

There are some great people working for Sonovate across all departments, who always go the extra mile to help and make you feel part of the team.
CEO’s are really approachable and value your opinion. I cannot praise them enough.
Good culture pre covid
Well being is becoming more of a focus, however more can be done with this.
Good benefits package, better than most companies.

Due to a restructure within operations, and redundancies being made workload is becoming more turbulent.
New restructure has not been thought about in regards to how this has impacted the current team.
No progression whatsoever, even though one of the reasons for the restructure was to give headway for career progression.
It’s very much who you know, opposed to what you know if you want a foot in the door within Sonovate.
Moral is at an all time low within operations, as new management are still struggling to learn the roles of the employees they have below them.

Sonovate have some really really great people working for them across all departments who are frequently undervalued and their hard work and efforts unfortunately go unrecognised.
The tech re-platforming is exciting and will hopefully be a key selling factor once up and running
The CEOs are really approachable and genuine
The benefits offered are better than standard and there is the beginnings of a good focus on wellbeing

No internal promotion whatsoever, new operations regime recently installed and completely out of touch with how a Fintech business should operate.
Feels like the client services department has descended into chaos, restructuring and redundancies without proper consideration of workloads leaving whole team overworked and overstressed.
Internal and external communication is not very good, no transparency, a lot of company decisions and goings on feel like cloak and dagger situations
