I found Source2 when I least expected, and it has been the biggest blessing. Getting hired was a quick and easy process which I was grateful for (especially being out of work during the pandemic). I was nervous on my first day being in a new place, but I felt like family immediately. The collaboration between teams at Source2 has been so refreshing and everyone is always willing to lend a hand. This company has made me feel extremely valued and appreciated, shown trust in my abilities and experience, and given me the opportunity to get involved in new ways. If I was ever struggling with my work or needed help everyone I worked with was a valuable resource and I could always get help. Everyone I worked with I could tell also genuinely cared for me and the other employees and would always fight for us Sometimes a lot can be excepted of you. Some days this is fine and works well but others it can be genuinely overwhelming . Completely two-faced work environment, managers plot and talk behind their employees backs, pay is awful for the amount of work that is expected, no flexibility with your schedule; you are required to be glued to your seat during your shift and if you are not on the phone you aren't working, Getting praise or promotions is impossible. Please notice that on Indeed and Glassdoor this company "recommends" all employees to go and post a good review! Why else would there be so many new reviews within a two day period. It's all a facade.
