About the role
As our Founding Product Manager, you have the unique opportunity to create a machine learning product that enables companies to build stronger teams, and helps people understand the opportunities available to them. You’ll be the voice of the user, working closely with our founders, designer, and engineers to identify high-leverage problems and define solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams on projects ranging from building magical features to empower our hardworking recruiter and hiring manager users, to creating scalable high-quality data collection workflows for training our machine learning models.
To excel in this role, you’ll need rigorous attention to detail, excellent judgment and prioritization, deep user empathy, great product intuition, and strong communication skills. You should enjoy building relationships, putting the customer at the center of all your decisions, and assessing a problem from all angles in order to determine the best path forward.

About the role
This role is an opportunity to rapidly prototype and iterate on the sophisticated interfaces used by our contractors and operations team who use the product all day, every day. They've been largely neglected up to this point, so you'll get a lot of positive user feedback from every feature you ship. We have a great designer who you'll be able to leverage as much (or as little!) as you want.
These are not your normal internal tools -- these are absolutely core to our business. Each improvement in efficiency is directly related to our bottom line, so your work will be some of the most important in the company. It's also an opportunity to build interesting, complex user interfaces for a team of knowledgeable users who are interacting with cutting edge AI and ML software.

The role
Create developer tooling, testing infrastructure, and other tools that accelerate us as an engineering organization. We deeply care about creating a great developer experience for our team, and this role is 100% focused on that. For example, we've created a method that that allows us to attach a debugger to any process that has encountered an unexpected exception, even in production. This tool (we call it the Platinum Debugger) eliminates the time-consuming and often difficult step of reproducing the bug for about 90% of our bugs, vastly improving our productivity. This role is about creating more projects like that, as well as increasing test coverage and code quality throughout the entire code base.
