Great company to work for. I grew in the company from front desk agent to becoming General Manager and in my duties as General Manager I was able to learn how to acquire property, develop and manage, along with many other traits.
|
I was laid off 1 week after my Father passed away in the middle of Covid. Company completely closed down every Hotel and I still have not had a call back.

Corporate Management is completely unoriginal and continues to operate as if it is 1995. No updated technology and Implements fossil type of ordering. Besides that the corporate officers are beyond unprofessional, rude and as fake as they come. Unrealistic to the way real hotels operate and treat people as if they are truly salves. Zero compassion and care for your personal life. It’s a total nightmare

Where to start??!
Ownership and upper management are dishonest and clueless on how business is supposed to run.
Read past reviews and that tells the story. No training program, no programs at all for that fact.
Food safety and sanitation is non-existent.
Food quality is ok at best!
They talk a good game on where they want their company to be. But they’re not willing to do what it takes. Little things like... paying their bills!
All too often they’re out of stock on items. Why? No one paid the company and they won’t deliver!
This is a terrible place to work!
Stay far far away!

Pay. Managers fake promise raises for motivation. Owners cuts everyone(Mandatory) from Full-Time to Part-Time during low season to save cash. I used my own personal car (Multiple times a day) taking guest with luggage to their building, Never received gas reimbursement

Where to begin.....
Employees of all levels mistreated on a regular basis- turnover is very high
Many Positions found in normal hotel operations are nonexistent here in efforts to save- so a lot is asked and you’re forced to wear MANY, many hats.
Training is nonexistent
Can’t even begin to explain the level of unprofessional you see at this company- from the front desk all the way to CEO and ownership level.
Most of these issues you can’t do anything about because HR does not help
If you really care about carving your path in the hotel industry, would not recommend this company.

Worst company I have ever worked for; Vice president discriminates workers

It's a paid job and might be okay for someone just starting out. FEW managers are professional.

I have over 10 years of experience working in hospitality and this is by far one of the worst companies I ever worked for. Back of house workers are underpaid and mistreated, and the vice president of the company talks down to workers who do not speak English and often fires people on a without reason. I decided to leave the company because of how unprofessional some of the some managers were and how poorly back of house workers are treated. Truly disgusting. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
