Can be a good place to work at times but with the owners popping in whenever, micro managing or Yelling at you in front of staff and guests is very unprofessional and disrespectful to anyone.

Disrespectful Senior Management. Unorganized and toxic work environment. Underpaid staff and has zero gratitude for what their employees put into making day to day operations function. Never gives raises and if you try to get one of your employees one.... good luck! Old fashion system from computers to handling purchase orders. Still stuck in 1999 when they opened. I would never recommend anyone to think of applying here.

Where to begin....
Hotel NOT sanitary. Favoritism runs rampant.. managers bully everyone. Lack of respect and insubordination from almost all employees. Terrible pay and overworked. It's like a modern day slave factory. This hotel DOES NOT adhere to mainstream hotel standards. I ran from this place and will NEVER return. Anyone looking for a serious career in hospitality.. South Beach Group is NOT for you.

Just don't do it to yourself
|
You are expected to operate a location but they don't allow access to tools to pull any reports do complete your job properly. You need to control the venue but are not able to hire without the owner's son's personal interview(at the time, may have changed) because he has a "specific look" for the team. The place has organized itself a little better but the process of doing things will drive a person crazy, especially when it comes to handling invoices. The way management interacts with team members is generally very respectful but the owner's son is generally disrespectful towards all employees.
