I liked working with the college! My only problem that my family/school schedule conflicted quite a bit and my work attendance suffered.
|
To me there were no cons but many people have had problems with pay. However, that is determined by the college and is a set scale.

Great schedule. Great co-workers. Small enough of a school to ensure that you know most people, yet enough opportunities to make it interesting.
|
The main campus structure doesn't flow. A lot of the newer sections are mis-used. Staff are stacked into small areas when there is plenty of unused areas that can be reallocated. The problem is that people are possessive. When a section or area is deemed "medical" or "adult ed", that's all that gets to go there.

The students can be less than interested in certain topics, but that's fairly common. The area is low to middle income so a good number of students need learning support
