The “team” concept is nonexistent and there is division between the credit side and adult education.

I believe in education, but I have never experienced such poor leadership and management of people and service. This is across the board, from leadership down and on both the credit side and adult education.

Best job of my life. Students overall were inquisitive and lovely to teach. I miss being there, but problems with new management made it difficult. Also, new age students coming in expected their grades to be good in spite of poor work. After 13 years this became stressful, as management favored the students. Very sad,

i enjoy the work and flexibility. I have support in technology and professional development, however, I would like more advancement and promotions.
