Definitely went from super cool to super awful
|

Everyone was really friendly, and the place was growing really fast.
|
The owners seem to become really greedy with the more money they made. They were always trying to find ways to cut benefits, and ABSOLUTELY NO RAISES! I was there 3 years, never received a raise. Another teacher told me he hadn't either, and he was there for 5 years, terrible place. And they would assign split shifts, no time for family, for yourself.

Nice environment, easy to make friends, good healh insurance options. I had a great time on my first 2 years
|
Too much micromanagement, always finding ways to reduce benefits, will force you to overwork your hours without overtime, no work/life balance

This university is a nice choose for researcher work. Not too busy and heavily work. Most students are very smart and work hard. The environment around the university is very nice. And the scene of here very beautiful.

The university located in Chongqing. It is a very hot city when summer. The university not in the downtown center. So you will always transfer by downtown.
