I regret to say that my experience working for PROS was disappointing. The management was disorganized and lacked clear direction, which resulted in a chaotic work environment. Additionally, there was little opportunity for growth or advancement, and the workload was often overwhelming with unrealistic expectations. The company culture felt toxic, with favoritism and lack of appreciation for hard work. Overall, I would not recommend PROS as a place of employment. In specific revenue accounting department.

When interns graduate, it’d be a great idea to hire them for full time employment and promote from within. Consider your employees that already work for you for internal jobs after they graduate. I hope a transitory plan can be implemented for interns to become full time employees in their field of study after graduation.
