Good research environment

Very good working environment. It is a proper research facilities and all the equipment is well distributed, controlled and callibrated. From all the places I have been, this centre has the best laboratory.
|
Very institutional, meaning that you need to sign papers for everything, and lack of funding sometimes. Funding in research is future for the country, trivial but often forgotten.
