Only pro working here is its a job

No support from owners. The production floor is unbearable hot in the summer months. Owner refuses to run AC in the floor but front office is nice and cool. No room to grow since most employees are temps. Not very honest with their employees.

Co-founders are good people.
Great place to learn different positions.

Raises don't come without having to ask.
Many times they hire from outside of company, pay those people higher salaries (instead of promoting within), and they end up not working out.
Management focuses more on how long you're there vs. how much you actually accomplished.

Don't focus so much on why a salaried employee might be there 8 hours only. Focus on what got completed.
Promote from within.
When hiring too much focus is placed on years of experience vs right fit.
