Nice people within the company.

The sales team is completely inefficient and does not bring in sales regardless of the type of director or support they receive. Management is in the hands of one person and owners take a second seat in managing effectively. No employee feedback that's positive, no moral in the organization, non-paid lunch time and absolutely no flexibility at all.

Run your company and stop someone else run it for you! Get rid of sales team members if they are NOT compliant with their numbers or reports - period! Let people who were hired to do their job, do their job and not let others who "think" they can do others job advise.

Great Staff, Culture and Leadership Needs Improvement

Experienced hard working staff who really care about the business and their customers. Long tenured employees and managers are always willing to share information and go the extra mile for co-workers and external customers. Good products and good value for the most part. Company stands behind products with good warranty. Headquarters building is clean and well maintained.
|
Too much blame put on staff members for poor business performance by upper management/owners of company. Uneasy tense atmosphere and overhanging of firing/layoffs loom often. Too many good managers and staff members leave or let go for no reason. Outdated business systems like computers and call center hardware/software used for years with little investment in infrastructure. Benefits such as medical insurance have high cost to employee, not competitive. Salary reviews often take 2 years to occur. Little room for advancement causes loss of staff to competitors.

Good people within tech support.

Management team is lacking leadership. Products and software are flawed causing angry customers and over worked employees.
Owner sends out emails to entire company on how bad a month the company is having and how the "pressure is on" leading to poor morale.
Instead of finding solutions and working together as a team, emphasis is put on blame. Lacking structural leadership within departments.
