The company definitely has a start-up atmosphere, and new projects are coming online all the time. I worked as an engineering intern and had the pleasure of working with several fine supervisors who coached me while letting me make significant contributions to the team. Spike Aerospace provides great experience for anyone in the world of Aerospace, and especially those with interests in conceptual design and the process of creating a hugely complicated, cutting-edge product. I have heartily recommended Spike to many people who have asked me about my experiences and I will happily continue to do so in the future. The only downside I can think of is that the fast-paced startup atmosphere can make it easy to get a bit lost unless you are proactive in reaching out to your supervisors for advice or new projects. Everyone is very open and friendly and I felt that I was able to contribute a lot because of that. It is also a fantastic place to learn new things. My work definitely improved while working here. He's funny, smart and a great boss to have. Disregard the negative reviews because after working for Vik for three months, I can tell you that Vik is a great man. There are no cons to working with Vik. I couldn't ask for a better job. Vik Kachoria is a nightmare to work with. He is very prone to uncontrollable outbursts of rage directed towards customers, employees and strangers. He lacks essential self control that is required to be able to work with him in any capacity. During his frequent outbursts of rage he will smash equipment, kick and throw objects, scream at the top of his lungs while red in his face, slam doors, storm out of a room (if you are lucky). Vik, despite being of a minority background himself, holds racially disparaging beliefs regarding several minority groups, most notable against the black community. He frequently uses racially inappropriate and insensitive language. Absolutely do not work with this individual. If you find yourself in a position where you may end up employed or partnered with Vik, do as much vetting of his personality and characteristics as possible. Do not rely on a few brief meetings. If you only have a few short brief interactions with Vik before you must make a descision to work with him or not -- do not work with him.
