<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for fullstack product engineers to build out our web app and open API. You will be creating an awesome web app from scratch and crafting an elegant API for our partners and developers.</p>
<p>Our stack is built on React, PostgreSQL, Redis, RoR, Javascript, Go and a few more things and we're currently hosted on Heroku and AWS, though we are constantly evaluating as we scale.</p>
<p><strong>THE TEAM</strong></p>
<p>Our engineering team consists of product engineers and backend gurus that are passionate about creating finely polished and intuitive experiences and, at the same time, obsess over performance and reliability of what we build. We challenge the status quo and strive towards finding the best way to solve problems.</p>

We are looking for mobile product engineers to take ownership of our mobile app and work closely with the product and founding team to build an amazing experience for our users. You'll come in on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup and lead the charge on all things mobile. Expect to move fast, ship things, and have a big say in product decisions.</p>
<p>We are currently using React Native for both our Android and iOS app but are open to moving to a completely native solution.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design simple and intuitive product experiences</li>
<li>Help define the short and long-term roadmap for your product area</li>
<li>Be open to giving and receiving design feedback</li>
<li>Work with other designers and engineers to oversee new user experiences from concept to launch</li>
<li>Identify the needs of Spin users and improve on existing features</li>
<li>Define user specifications, flows, and interaction models</li>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years experience designing and shipping mobile applications</li>
<li>Strong visual design skills, and solid intuition and passion for interaction design</li>
<li>Ability to prototype designs (in code or using a prototyping tool)</li>
<li>Technical background or a strong familiarity with software engineering</li>
<li>Capable of acting as a PM when needed</li>
<li>Ability to think at a high level about product strategy</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills. You’ll be expected to be able to clearly communicate design decisions and write user specs</li>
<li>Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment</li>
<li>Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools</li>
