Micro-managed, not trusted, verbally abusive, not enough training given then yelled at for minor mistakes, husband and wife fight constantly, everything is seen as an emergency, and completely overtakes the bosses day, which results in other customers thing being delayed. they are not honest with their clients and they are manipulative. Their clients see a concern company wanting to love and help churches. Their employees see an almost bi-polar boss who can snap at a form filled out incorrectly. Everyone that was let go before... was told they were not strong enough, the actual issue is the owners aren't strong enough to put processes into play that will make them strong and more successful, their business model is urgent focused and in turn results in high stress at all times, and not making enough money to sustain the business. Service techs are salaried and should be hourly as they work 60+ hours a week as well as often work weekend without getting any comp time. Spinnaker MS is small and tightly knit. Fenicia has a lot of wisdom in who she picks to be a part of the operations there. Everyone on staff has a passion to serve the church and a personal desire to seek Christ, first and foremost. I remember there were some learning curves for me, and some times I would get overwhelmed, but the people there always had my back. I remember a time in particular when Fenicia took me outside and prayed with me. It was one of the most calming and reassuring prayer experiences of my life. Who else can say that about their boss? The day to day environment can get very stressful at times (who's doesn't though). You may end up doing some work that is not technically under your umbrella, but such is the case for every small company out there.
