He gives false statements and lies to his employees. He has no consideration for Project Managers, he treat them like ants "work until you quit and we'll find someone else to replace you". - You will be hold accountable for any failures or mistakes in the project development. He definitely needs to follow a therapy and learn how to control his extreme emotions issues (insulting and yelling at your employees is NOT OK). - No compensation for the hard work and be ready to take full accountability for any problems although it's not your fault. - Fake reviews on Glassdoor are not going to improve neither the work environment nor the work load. For attracting and retaining key talents, a brain is needed. - The whole management is a big joke. Micro-managing and mental abuse is a day-to-day occurrence. Say goodbye to weekends/evenings, they are interrupted without shame. Culture of fear will bring your career development to a grinding halt.
