Nice process. Good work. Experienced team. Good place to grow. Takes all documentation work from you. Cat in the office. Nice Coffee-machine. Vine every friday and Pizza every thursday. Good back-end team. Great services, process, automation, development pipeline. Management know what technical debt is and give time to optimization and refactoring. Best process for back-end development i ever seen.

Work from 9 to 6 with hour for lunch strictly. Not the best working atmosphere. If
management don't like you work - you will get fired in any moment.

- Nobody cares about atmosphere in the office - almost all the employees have sour faces, they're too serious and I understand why - there is no team building activities at all
- There is no onboarding process - it's extremely strange - you leave your life behind, change the country of living in order to join this company and get no welcome or onboarding
- Some managers are too arrogant
- Awful openspace office
- There is no corporate culture
- No career growth opportunity
- No way to communicate with top management of the company, no possibility to be heard
- You're always bad employee, you're always wrong, only the company's top management is right
- No possibility to leave anyone a feedback - there is no thing like 360-review
- You can easily be made redundant or fired, keep in mind that - they don't value people, you're just resource

They never raise your salary.
The codebase is so poor because nobody is responsible for anything. People come and go and nobody cares how maintainable code is. You can easily drop in your extravagant experiments besides the production code, then smile and say that it's an important rnd process that is necessary. Nobody cares if it breaks something else.
CEO is weird, you don't want your boss be like that.

– SERIOUS PROFESSIONAL GROWTH as a developer. I highly recommend the .NET team. Many best development practices like TDD and clean architecture are applied. If you are coming from an untested spaghetti code background, you will have much to learn and discover.
– Technical discussions regarding all technical practices where your voice will be heard in a democratic manner and team-wide rules and practices will be tweaked or established.
– Pizza Day on Thursday & Beer Day on Friday.
– The compensation is much better than average on Cyprus (though not necessarily better than other FX players on the market).

– After some time working at Spotware, you lose sense of meaning in your work. What is your impact? How have you made the product better? What are our plans for the future? This is not communicated to employees (there are no 1-1 meetings with team lead and product manager) and it affects motivation. In other words, it is extremely important to improve team building and sense of "together".
– There is no CTO, which means some ineffective product decisions are made – e.g. too much responsibility is pushed onto the client side whereas the client should rather be thin.
– No clear career growth roadmaps, no KPIs, no bonuses.

– Strive to mitigate the "cogwheel/coding robot" feeling in employees.
