Adult programs are different. The president Dr. Ellis has been at SAU for too long. Time for a change. Lovely co-workers. Beautiful campus. Conscientious managers for the most part. At least in my department, good work-life balance. Decent healthcare and vacation benefits, although not as good as some academic institutions (or so I've been informed by my co-workers). Good place to hone skills in an entry-level position. Virtually no chance of a raise (worked here four years, and have only gotten a very small inflation adjustment), and very little diversity in student body and faculty/staff.
