SBX has a great team and is always facilitating learning, growth, and autonomy. The company overall is working hard to make the workplace during COVID more sustainable to lighten workloads and encourage longterm sustainability. The media team in particular is so great and is one of the reasons I love working here at SBX.

Similar to any agency, there is a lot of work and typically demands working more than 40 hr weeks. Management is working on having appropriate scopes to determine work load and team members.

- Somewhat crazy, as is agency life. Employees require a certain amount of hustle.
- Some of the higher ups make questionable decisions.
- Sometimes crazy timelines, although its gotten better.
- If you aren't ready to hit the ground running, you probably won't get very far.

- No year over year raises, no bonus, salary could be better.

+ The standup desks are interesting
+ They have some snacks and coffee but the coffee is pretty weak
+ Spring side is ok looking but the box office side is just gross
+ They let dogs in the office but some are aggressive to other dogs

- Fake atmosphere, everyone keeps to themselves or is in a small clique
- Cold and indifferent management
- Below market pay
- Alot of pointless meetings
- Because it's an old building, water in the building goes off sometimes
- AC doesn't work sometimes
- Building garage is full so new full time employees and I think all contractors who drive to work can expect to walk about a mile to work everyday. So pack an umbrella for rainy days and an extra set of clothes when it's hot unless you want to be sweaty all day.
- Smelly office probably because the carpet gets wet when it rains too much or because some people have to walk to work
- New company that recently purchased SBX will probably remove SBX's autonomy soon and things will probably just get worse and there will be a restructure in employment.

Flexible with start times and remote working

Low pay. long hours.
People Often have to work weekends and holidays.
It's probably better to be an hourly contractor so you don't have to work so much. But they have to pay for street parking which is like $250 a month.
Bad project and time management. Old dark ugly office, old building, old carpeting, old computers, gross snacks (chips, sodas, and beef jerky)
